Staying With Us
GUEST GUIDELINES
ANGELS VALLEY NATURE LODGE
Welcome to Angels Valley Nature Lodge.
To help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere, beauty, and quality of the lodge, we kindly ask all guests to follow these guidelines.
1. OFFICE HOURS
Monday to Friday: 08h00 – 16h00
No viewings allowed due to security reasons.
2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in: 14h00 – 18h00
Check-out: By 10h00
Early arrivals or late departures must be arranged in advance.
Additional charges may apply.
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 applies to self-catering units.
3. BOOKINGS
A booking deposit secures your reservation.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 10 days before arrival.
Date changes may be treated as cancellations.
No refunds for unused nights after arrival.
4. ROAD ACCESS
The final stretch is gravel road. Please drive carefully, especially after rain.
Follow Angels Valley directions where instructed.
Vehicle recovery or related costs remain the guest’s responsibility.
5. LODGE AND FARM RULES
Keep all gates closed.
Speed limit: 10 km/h.
No day visitors unless arranged in advance.
Respect the privacy of other guests.
No pets allowed.
No hunting or firearms permitted.
6. NATURE AND SAFETY
Catch-and-release fishing only.
No petrol boats or generators.
Fires allowed only in designated braai areas.
Do not collect wood from the farm.
Do not damage plants, trees, or disturb wildlife.
No glass allowed in the river.
Guests use the property at their own risk.
7. QUIET ENJOYMENT
No loud music or excessive noise.
Quiet hours from 21h00.
Disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
No smoking inside accommodation.
8. HOUSEKEEPING
Please leave your unit neat and tidy.
Wash and pack away dishes before departure.
Close all windows and doors when leaving.
Additional cleaning, damages, or rule violations may result in charges.
9. CHILDREN
Children must be supervised at all times.
Parents are responsible for children and any damages caused.
10. CAMPERS
Campers may only use facilities allocated to camping guests.
Self-catering unit amenities are reserved for booked unit guests only.
11. GENERAL
Please do not move furniture or remove lodge items.
Damages, missing items, or disregard of lodge rules may result in charges.
12. LIABILITY
Guests enter and use the property entirely at their own risk.
Angels Valley Nature Lodge, its owners, management, and staff are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, accident, damage, illness, or death.
Vehicles and personal belongings remain the responsibility of guests.
Guests may be held liable for damages caused through negligence or failure to follow lodge rules.
